ROOTING :
-Using 'Cydia Impactor' (Tested By.ME)
Steps :
-Download the equipment tools 'cydia impactor' Here .
-Switch on USB debugging on phone.
- Double Click the Cydia Impactor.

-Click start button..

Something like payload will be flashed twice ... on your device
You are rooted ...technically ...No Reboot ,No hassles ,Just as is

Note:

The su binary is just binary of SuperSU by Chainfire v 1.41
You have access rooted shell but you dont have control.
To control the binary, install SuperSU from Play Store. Or Download HERE  

SUPERSU Install Steps : 
-Download Supersu from playstore or  Here
-Open it ,click continue and install it 'Normal Install'.
-Then, your Phone is half root mode.. follow next step for full root...

 BUSYBOX PRO Install Steps :
-Download BUSYBOX PRO 10.4 Here . (3.1MB)
-Install in your Xperia..
-Open it.. touch no if they ask to backup your data. and wait few seconds to load it on top bar to 100%..
-Next, install busybox version '1.21.1' , and install in '/system/xbin' . then, Install. and choose Normal Install...
-then close if finish .. next . follow this step one more..

ROOTFIXER Install Steps :
-Download 'Rootfixer' Here .
-Connect Your phone to PC with USB and ADB Debugging On . if wont install ADB . Download and install this (AdbDriverInstaller) .
-if done, open 'Supersu.bat' and rootfixer will execute your phone ..
-check your phone , if any supersu notification come.. choose 'Grant' .
-your phone will rebooting if finish and wait for the notification on PC to disconnect your Xperia.
-Voila ! Enjoy the Fullroot sensation on your phone :) .
